As already reported in the trade press, the Zeppelin Group (Friedrichshafen) has taken over Reimelt Henschel
GmbH (Rödermark) including its business units (Reimelt FoodTechnologie, Reimelt Henschel MischSysteme,
Reimelt Components and Reimelt Guth Engineering) effective as of January 1st, 2009. After receiving approval
from the monopoly commission, we are now happy to inform you personally about the new corporate concept
